[eMINTS] Installing Moodle

Moodle installation is fairly simple if your server has the
requirements. If you have Mysql installed on the server you need to
create a table for Moodle to run from. Once that is running you need to
know your mysql location (normally  localhost) the name of the table you
made and the password to mysql. Make sure you have all of the files from
the Moodle download where you want them on the sever and your all set.
go to yourserver/install.php and go through the steps.

I've looked at the installation instructions and am at a loss.  Anyone
want
to walk me through how to install Moodle either on my computer or
preferably
on our server?
