[eMINTS] new Notebook 10 problems

Anyone else had problems with SMART Notebook 10?

 

I am new to installing and working with programs, so there is a good
chance it is me, but these are the problems I have had so far:

 

1.	I did install the program for all users, and students can get in
the file, but if I send them a file on SycronEyes (also a SMART product)
they have to browse for the program to use.  I had to go back and add
the program to the desktop for all users, not just a shortcut, which
would not work.
2.	This same thing happens when I try to open a Notebook file that
students send to me.
3.	Now the gallery is showing up in the program files, but not
accessible for the students to use.  Some used it yesterday, and when
they started to work on their project today, the gallery is gone.  When
I check the program files, it is there, and has all the gallery items.
They can't import the items because of school blocked access to the C:
drive, and if try to add it to My Content, it disappears when I log out.

 

I had NOT used the earlier version of Notebook, so I am not sure if
these are common problems or not.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
