[eMINTS] smartboard

Is it letting you do anything on the board?  Is the light on the right hand side green?  Your board may not be responding at all; if that's the problem you need to install the driver.  Go to the smarttech website and back to the place you downloaded the software.  Scroll down and download/install the driver as well.  Hope this helps!
