[eMINTS] Frontpage help

My website is in Frontpage, and I was cleaning out several things in my folder. Apparently, I did something to alter my home (index page). I've gone online to Microsoft help, but haven't had any luck in problem solving. Here is what is what my home page of my website looks like: http://w4.nkcsd.k12.mo.us/~cglass/
