[eMINTS] using a blog as a web page

Erin- I use a web page for my "main" web page.  I use a wiki from wikispaces for students work.  I have a page for collaborative group projects,each student will have a page for their own work they like to post, and other pages for class work.  Students can access all websites, agenda, getting started and important information on my website.  I use Nicenet for work submission.  It works pretty well for me.  It took a while to figure out what I liked best.  Hope this helps.  I'd be interested in what you decide.

I am trying to figure out if I want to use a traditional classroom web page or use a blog as my "main" web page.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Also, I am having a hard time finding free templates for my website.  I just don't want to have to start all over using Dreamweaver.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
