[eMINTS] WebQuest templates - backgrounds fixed

Lisa (and others),

I did get the template backgrounds fixed. You should no longer have the right color bar if you download the templates. Delete any of the old ones you downloaded.

We are currently doing the Writing a WebQuest module and are using the WebQuest templates from Cindy Matzat's site.  However, on our screens we have the colored bar on the right side also and it covers some of the text.  We can manipulate the text so that it does not overlap the bar, but we would really like to get rid of the colored bar on the right side.  I think the background must be wrapping or tiling.  Can someone help us with this?
