[eMINTS] downloading from you tube

The other day I found a very simply, reliable way to save YouTube videos as
Flash Video Files that you can drop directly into your SmartNotebook pages
so that they will play right in SmartNotebook.
Just copy the YouTube address of the video that you need, and then go to:
http://keepvid.com
Paste the address into the green box, and then click Download. Then almost
immediately you will see a grey "Download Link" below that. Click this link
to save the video as a Flash Video File (.flv) to your desktop.
Then when you are in SmartNotebook, click the "Insert" menu and select
"Flash Video File" (on Mac, select "Video File") and then select the .flv
file on your desktop. The video will then play directly in your Notebook
page and you don't have to connect to the Internet each time you want to
show it.
We use VideoCodeZone also, but KeepVid seems to be much faster and
consistently reliable.
