[eMINTS] cursive handwriting

 Bunceton Elementary introduces cursive in second grade.  Third grade 
"practices" first semester, required second semester.  Fourth grade 
required.  Fifth and Sixth grades are allowed to do cursive or print.  (I 
used to teach Fifth grade, so it was Fourth and Fifth required.)  Students 
need the fine motor skill practice.  And their print is atrocious.
