[eMINTS] conversion of word to PDF form

We use a free PDF converter called Primo PDF. You can download it for
free:
 http://www.primopdf.com/

We started using it specifically for Publisher documents we wanted to
post to our webpages, but it also works on Word documents as well.

I am looking for a way to copy a word document that I saved  in a PDF
format to a PDF form on the internet. Is there a way to transfer this to
a
pre-existing form?
