[eMINTS] Movie Maker

My first thought would be that the clips you are dragging it between may not
be long enough, so it doesn't have enough video to do the transition.  You
could either shorten the duration of the transition, or lengthen the clips -
if that's possible.  Just speculation.

We have just (almost) finished making some great movies with Windows
Movie Maker.  I need help with one minor problem.  Occasionally the
program will not allow us to drag a transition between slides.  It shows
a black circle with a line drawn through it, as if to tell me "NO",
can't do that.  Does anyone have any advice on this problem?
