[eMINTS] absent assignment sheets

I designed this absent assignment sheet to include various common 
assignments.  I keep it in a folder near the podium from which I take 
attendance. I complete it and attach any worksheets, as I take attendance. I 
put it in a folder for the hour, and then give it to the absent student when 
he/she returns.
