[eMINTS] absent assignment sheets

I use this assignment sheet so I can type it and copy it if I have more than one student absent.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!  

I am looking for an assignment sheet that I can attach to homework for absent students when their parent will be picking it up for them.  I teach communication arts.  Any offerings/suggestions would be appreciated.
