And, taking equivalency a step further - there is a flash file called
Fractions, Decimals, and Percents in the Gallery of SMART Notebook. 
Given a fraction, it will give you the equivalent decimal and percent. 
However, there are only about 8 options of fractions.  I put this into a
file at http://www.center.k12.mo.us/edtech/SB/templates.htm#35
